Nevertheless, we always want our customers to have a good experience, even if you're unhappy with the product you've received. So just let us know within 14 days of receiving your purchase and we'll offer you a full refund*, or a free return and we'll send out a replacement product.

*Please note - you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All refunds will be in the form of store credit only.

If your item arrives and has been damaged during transit, you will need to let us know within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We understand an item arriving damaged is not ideal, so we need to get things sorted as soon as possible in the event this happens. Requests made after the 48 hour window may not be accepted, so it is important that you get in touch right away.

It is also important to note that an order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. Items can however be returned once they have arrived for a full refund, in line with the above paragraphs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, and it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We'll also need to see a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will then inspect the item, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This notification will typically arrive 1-2 days after we receive your item.
